Store Policies

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:

All retail orders take approximately 3-5 business days to be processed. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order is completed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Once your package has been shipped from our store, it is out of our hands if the package is lost or stolen and we will not be held responsible for any of those conditions. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS here.

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, 28 Miles West IS NOT responsible for refunding or replacing that shipment. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement agency.

If an item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of receipt to 28mileswest@gmail.com, with "DAMAGED" indicated in the subject line. We will assist you further from there. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out.

28 Miles West will not assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

PREORDER PRODUCTS:

All pre-order items are clearly listed as pre-order on our shop. Additionally, an approximate ship date will be listed in the description. In the unlikely event of a delay, all pre-order customers will be notified immediately with an updated ship date. 

RETURNS:

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from 28 Miles West for return only. A store credit will be issued for the purchase prices of all eligible returned merchandise as we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. No returns will be accepted after that time. 

Store credits will be issued to the email address you provided at checkout. Store credits will be in the form of a one-time use discount code that cannot be combined with any other discount codes for your returned item(s) once they are received at our store. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received. Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to the store.

All returned merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, pets, etc. in order to be eligible for store credit. If any of the above conditions are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you at your expense.
